Making Awareness a Priority
Print this page
Grammy®-nominated R&B singer, songwriter, producer, and prostate cancer survivor Charlie Wilson has teamed up with Janssen Biotech, Inc. to launch Making Awareness a Priority (M.A.P.), an educational program intended to raise awareness about prostate cancer and its disproportionate impact on African-American men compared to men of any other race in the U.S.
Help us put prostate cancer on the M.A.P. by registering for an event near you or simply to receive updates. Hear Charlie Wilson share his story, meet Andrea King Collier, author of The Black Woman’s Guide to Black Men’s Health, and learn more about prostate cancer risk factors and other factors that may impact you.
